Description from the seller
"Goldorak - 3rd Dimension - 3D Tableau"
A hybrid work halfway between a painting and a sculpture, with Goldorak's head in 3D relief, sold framed in a wooden frame.
Artist: SKE
Artist Instagram: ske_shakeyourart
Even before talking about Goldorak, this piece awakens an immediate reflex: that of a generation that grew up with the appearance of this steel giant as a visual shock, a myth, a silhouette impossible to forget. Here, SKE does not merely cite an icon. He literally makes it pop out of the plane.
With Goldorak - Third Dimension, the work sits at the border between painting and sculpture.
The preparatory drawing, the blueprint-style annotations, the views of Actarus and Goldorak, and then this central relief volume—a black 3D head bursting from the composition—create a rare dialogue between sketch, pop memory, and physical presence. We no longer just look at an image: we face an object.
That is precisely where SKE's proposition gains its full force. The Goldorak universe is not treated as a simple nostalgic nod, but as an artistic material to be deconstructed and reactivated. The work plays with collective memory, the aesthetics of design drawing, and the language of volume to give birth to a hybrid piece, contemporary and immediately legible by those who know.
Sold framed in a wooden frame, this creation fully asserts its status as a collectible work. Its singularity lies as much in its cult subject as in its relief construction, conceived as a meeting between image and matter. A piece that does not merely evoke Goldorak: it reintroduces him into presence.

- ARTIST BIO:
SKE is a self-taught, versatile French artist who grew up in the culture of the 80s/90s, inspiring a large majority of his artistic works.
He constantly explores new techniques: acrylic painting, collage, stenciling, graffiti, urban installations, and digital art. His dynamic and expressive compositions, often with double meanings, combine the raw energy of street art with the visual impact of pop art.
After an exceptional year in 2025, SKE's market value has risen noticeably. Winner of the first prize at the Urban Master competition (2023), then named Revelation of the Year at the Color Jam Challenge (2025).
SKE was selected as "Artist of the Month" in October, and he also benefited from a feature in an American art magazine confirming his international recognition.
His works have already been exhibited in major venues in Europe, the United States, and Asia, consolidating his place on the contemporary art scene. In parallel, SKE also makes his mark in the digital art market, a major trend of the last two years, reinforcing the appeal of his creations to collectors.
Icons of popular culture, bold graphics, and texture play define a style now indispensable.
SKE is undoubtedly an artist to follow, to initiate or enrich a collection with rising value.
Prominent & Awarded Artist – Pop Art & Contemporary Street Art
A UNIVERSE BETWEEN HERITAGE AND MODERNITY The work of SKE sits within a prestigious lineage. His line reflects the visual efficiency of Keith Haring and Andy Warhol, while incorporating the subversion of Banksy or the pioneer Blek le Rat. His works create a bridge between eras: they revisit classics, not hesitating to departs from Vinci’s Mona Lisa, Vermeer’s Girl with a Pearl Earring, Hokusai’s The Great Wave, or Picasso’s deconstructed shapes to confront them with a modern urban aesthetic close to Mr Brainwash or Kaws.
POP CULTURE & NOSTALGIA Drawing on the collective imagination, SKE manipulates icons of our childhood. He stages the Disney universe with figures like Mickey or Pinocchio, and the symbolic greed of Scrooge McDuck. The influence of gaming, comics, and graphic novels is omnipresent: from the Nintendo universe and the mythical Game Boy, to Pokémon creatures (Pikachu, Charizard, Ash), through Marvel superheroes. SKE crystallizes these memories in the manner of Daniel Arsham or Takashi Murakami.
LUXURY, HYPE & CONSUMER SOCIETY In a style that sometimes recalls Alec Monopoly, the artist plays with codes of success and materialism. The Dollar symbol sits beside the logos of luxury and fashion giants. His canvases capture the “Hype” aesthetic: you encounter the sneaker world (Nike Air Jordan, Adidas, Off-White) and high fashion (Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Louboutin). He also incorporates automotive adrenaline (Ferrari, Porsche, Bugatti, AMG) and precision watchmaking (Rolex, Tag Heuer), not forgetting mass consumption icons like Coca-Cola. It is a vibrant art, with textures that evoke the glossy finish of Jeff Koons or the facets of Richard Orlinski.
This work is ideal to enrich a collection or bring a dynamic touch to your interior.
