Because real art has value – but doesn’t have to be unpaid. The price is chosen deliberately so that everyone has a chance at an original.

Painted with acrylic paints and Acrylic Ink on sturdy art paper, multiple coats of varnish protect it.
The back bears my artist stamp, is dated and signed again.

The painting has been sealed several times with varnish to optimally protect colors and details.

I am AniB – an artist with Latvian roots, living in Germany since 1990.
Today my works are almost exclusively on paper. This more compact and tranquil working method fits not only my creative process but is also a response to health challenges. It suits my daily life and gives me the space to focus fully on the subject.

My works often come in small series and in changing styles – because, for me, art lives on curiosity, not repetition.
I studied art and illustration in Riga, and since the 1990s I have worked professionally – with exhibitions at home and abroad.

I love creating characters with personality – beings that carry a small story within them. Sometimes quirky, sometimes quietly contemplative, often with a wink.

Each of my works is a handmade original – painted with care, humor, and heart. Perhaps one of them will speak to you.
