Lady K, is a French visual artist born on October 23, 1978 in Le Blanc-Mesnil (Seine-Saint-Denis). A key figure in hexagonal graffiti, she belongs to the generation that structured and professionalized the French street art scene of the 1990s and 2000s.

She discovered graffiti in the early 1990s, at a time when the discipline was still largely marginal and dominated by men. Very quickly, she established herself through mastery of writing, complex lettering, and wildstyle, developing a demanding body of work around the letter as an autonomous form. Her approach goes beyond simple urban tagging: for Lady K, typography becomes matter, structure, visual architecture.

She entered the École nationale supérieure des Beaux-Arts de Paris, from which she graduated in 2007, and continued a programme in visual arts and sociology of art at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. This dual training—graffiti culture and academic education—allows her to place her practice in a constant dialogue between street and institution, between spontaneity and conceptual reflection.

Lady K is a member of the international crew "156 All Starz", a collective founded in 1992 and now one of the major groups in world graffiti. This affiliation places her in the history of international writing and bears witness to her recognition by her peers.
