Lovely Powder Box / Art Deco Jewelry Box – Val Saint Lambert. Circa 1930–1940 (Art Deco period).
Translucent molded-pressed glass in a salmon/rose-pink hue.
Circular vanity box with a removable lid. The lid features, in a central recess, a satin-finished intaglio-engraved medallion (recessed relief) depicting the classic profile of a female figure with hair gathered into a bun, in a distinctly Art Deco style.
Embossed on the base of the lid are the corporate inscriptions "VAL ST LAMBERT" and "BELGIQUE".
