Narcis Teodoreanu - Icaro

'Icaro' is a sculpture from the series of works 'Mythological Characters'. The myth of Icarus tells the story of the young son of Daedalus who, during the escape from the labyrinth of Crete, ignored his father's advice by flying too close to the sun: the heat melted the wax of his wings, causing him to plunge into the sea. The sculpture is unique and will be accompanied by the artist's certificate of guarantee. The sculptor is a professional artist with a long track record in the field of artistic creation, with numerous participations in national and international exhibitions and art fairs (solo exhibitions—Bucharest, Bad Homburg, Germany, Imola, Bologna, Art Fairs—Karlsruhe 2006, Ghent 2006, KIC Nord Art Carlhütte 2008, Padua 2021, Padua 2022, Parma 2024, Biennale of Sacred Contemporary Art, Menton, France, Parma Art Fair 2023, Monte Carlo Art Fair August 2023). The sculpture will be packed in two boxes, one inside the other, to prevent damage during transport.
