2021 Chateau de Briante - Brouilly - 6 Bottles (0.75L)

6 bottles of Château BRIANTE 2021 vinified by the MOMMESSIN house of Clos de Tart monopole in Burgundy.

It is the Mommessin house that operates the 98 hectares of vineyards of this Gothic-charmed château, whose cellars, set among the vines south of Mont Brouilly, date from the 17th century.

The cellars boast fine rows of foudres that allow the wines to be aged while preserving the fruit, but also bring great harmony to the texture on the palate.

This is the case with this 2021, particularly convincing, which develops floral aromas of violet and lilac.

On the palate, the attack is rich, then a lovely balance enhanced by a mineral note unfolds to the finish.
