Traditional Nepalese Ritual Horn Instrument - Hand-Carved Dragon Head Bell - Metal Mounts & Chain - Dated 1975
A traditional Nepalese ceremonial ritual horn (wind instrument) handcrafted in 1975, featuring ornate repoussé metalwork.
Design & Symbolism: The instrument features a curved horn body with silvered metal mounts. The bell of the horn is sculpted as a detailed mythical dragon (Makara) with open jaws, fine scales, and traditional facial features.
Craftsmanship: Elaborately embossed with traditional Nepalese floral and scrollwork motifs, accompanied by a decorative suspended metal chain attached to the mouthpiece section.
