Description:
This work continues the investigation of the Horizons series through the relationship between background, form, and depth. A large blue surface envelops a central structure in pinks, purples, and blues, creating a contrast between an open space and a more concentrated form.
The watercolor stains and their different levels of transparency generate a sense of movement and transformation. The central shape does not represent a concrete element, but arises from the interaction between color, matter, and the painting gesture.
In this second piece of the series, the horizon is presented less literally, as a boundary between spaces and as a transition point between different visual states.

Brief Bio: I am especially interested in creating compositions that offer the viewer a viewpoint with which they can identify. Whether through discomfort, serenity, or contemplation, my aim is to generate a space for reflection and questioning. Pintura-wise, I am drawn to vibrant colors, strong saturations, and cool color palettes.
I find a great source of inspiration in observing our social and natural environment. I often like to imagine that I observe the planet from very far away; that symbolic distance allows me to rethink reality from another perspective. I also explore the universe of femininity, addressing its multiple dimensions from a personal, sensitive, and introspective viewpoint.
