■ About Oil Panic (OP-51)

Oil Panic (OP-51) was released by Nintendo in 1982 as the first title in the Game & Watch Multi Screen series.

In the game, the player controls a character on the upper screen who catches drops of oil leaking from a pipe with a bucket. The collected oil must then be emptied on the lower screen without spilling it onto the people below. The player moves between the two screens while keeping track of the falling oil and the timing of each transfer.

As the first model in Nintendo's Multi Screen series, Oil Panic is notable for its dual-screen design and distinctive gameplay, and remains a well-known title among Game & Watch collectors.
