An earlier, now-discontinued presentation of Kilkerran 12 Year Old Campbeltown Single Malt Scotch Whisky, officially bottled by Mitchell’s Glengyle Ltd.
Kilkerran 12 Year Old was first introduced in 2016 as the distillery’s first permanent 12-year-old expression, following the earlier Kilkerran “Work in Progress” releases.
This bottle features the original tall bottle design and cream-coloured presentation tube used for Kilkerran 12 bottlings between 2016 and 2021. The bottle therefore belongs to the sought-after old presentation that preceded the redesigned bottle introduced in 2021.
No clearly legible laser bottling code is visible in the photographs. The exact bottling year within the 2016–2021 period therefore cannot be guaranteed, and the bottle is not described as a confirmed inaugural 2016 batch.
The bottle was originally distributed in Italy by Beija-Flor S.r.l. The original Italian importer label and Italian tax strip are still present. This is a standard Kilkerran 12 bottling for the Italian market, not a separate Italy-exclusive edition.
Kilkerran 12 is traditionally matured in a combination of approximately 70% bourbon casks and 30% sherry casks. It is bottled at 46% ABV, without chill filtration or added colouring.

Condition
The bottle appears unopened. The original black capsule and Italian tax strip are present. The tax strip appears intact but shows some creasing and age-related wear, as clearly shown in the photographs.
The fill level is into the neck. The bottle and labels are in good condition. The original presentation tube is included and may show minor signs of handling, ageing or storage.
