Original painting by the Barcelona-based artist Maite Escofet, depicting a still life composition formed by different ceramic pieces and crystal.
The work is situated within the tradition of the still life, with particular attention to the shapes, volumes, and the interaction of light on the various surfaces of the objects. The combination of ceramics and crystal elements allows the artist to explore different textures, transparencies, and reflections within a balanced composition.
Maite Escofet was born in Barcelona and studied drawing at the Escola Massana. She was a pupil of painters Núria Llimona and Gloria Muñoz, and broadened her training through specialized courses in landscape and figure with Ruiz Ortega.
Throughout her career she has participated in numerous national and international exhibitions and shows in cities such as Barcelona, New York, San Diego, Toulouse, London and Osaka, as well as in various editions of the Cadaqués International Mini Print.
Signed by the artist and presented framed.
