AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Pale gold in color with silvery highlights, featuring bubbles of extreme finesse and great persistence. On the nose, Salon 2015 reveals aromas of white flowers, candied lemon, wet chalk, and fresh brioche, with hints of beeswax and chamomile. On the palate, the texture is creamy and precise, driven by vibrant acidity and a saline minerality that extends into an extraordinarily long finish.
