Thermometer & Base: The central shaft holds an operational dual-scale Fahrenheit and Celsius glass tube thermometer backed by a printed "Foreign Made" card—complying with British import regulations for items produced in Denmark and exported to the UK market—while the stepped rectangular base displays a prominent circular relief medallion depicting a stag standing among pine trees in a Nordic woodland forest.
