Angelo Frontoni - Virna Lisi

This is an interesting vintage photograph, of medium size, of the beautiful and famous Italian actress Virna Lisi, portrayed, presumably in 1967, by the well-known Roman photographer Angelo Frontoni, the portraitist of the most famous actresses; in fact he was nicknamed "The photographer of the divas", having worked with Brigitte Bardot, Sofia Loren, Claudia Cardinale, Jane Fonda, Monica Vitti, Ursula Andress, Natalie Wood and many, many others.
Angelo Frontoni was among the great Italian photographers, one of the most renowned "portraitists", highly sought after by actors and actresses and famous personalities, and his photos are in collections all over the world.
Born in 1929, he mostly worked in Rome and Hollywood, although for his work he traveled the whole world...
This is a true vintage photograph, duly stamped on the back by the same Angelo Frontoni, with dimensions 23.9x18.2 cm.
