Vintage 18K yellow gold ring with a textured organic leaf design, hallmarked 750 and bearing additional maker marks, EU size 53 (US 6¼), weight 6.72 g, unisex wedding band in very good condition with no main or surrounding stones and no laboratory report.
Description from the seller
Era: 1900–2000
Metal: Yellow gold
Fineness: 18 kt / 750
Style: Organic / Botanical / Textured
Brand jewellery: No — unless you can positively identify “SANG” as a recognised maker
Main stone: Not applicable
Surrounding stones: Not applicable
Gender: Unisex
Ring size: EU 53 / US 6¼
Title additional information: Vintage Textured Organic Leaf Design – Hallmarked 750
Condition: I would use “Very good condition – used with minor signs of wear” rather than “Excellent/barely used.” The interior clearly shows some normal surface wear.
Your 17 mm internal diameter calculation also checks out: 17 × π = approximately 53.4 mm circumference, so EU size 53 is correct.

Vintage 18K Yellow Gold Textured Ring – Organic Leaf Design – Hallmarked 750 – EU Size 53
A distinctive vintage solid 18K yellow gold ring featuring a highly sculptural, textured design inspired by overlapping leaves, foliage or natural organic forms. The broad band has substantial visual presence, with raised details and irregular surfaces creating attractive highlights across the yellow gold.
The ring is crafted in 18 carat yellow gold and is clearly hallmarked internally with the recognised “750” fineness mark, confirming a gold purity of 750/1000 or 18 karat. Additional marks are present beside the fineness mark, including what appears to read “SANG”, together with a separate maker's or workshop symbol. These marks are shown clearly in the photographs.
The exterior has an unusual hand-finished appearance, with overlapping textured sections running continuously around the band. This gives the ring considerably more character than a conventional polished wedding band and makes it suitable as a vintage statement ring, wide gold band, unisex jewellery piece or collector's piece.
Details:

The substantial textured construction and unusual organic design make this an attractive alternative to a conventional 18K gold band. Particularly suitable for collectors of vintage gold jewellery, sculptural jewellery, botanical jewellery and distinctive handmade-style gold rings.
