A. Cotti (XX-XXI) - Villaggio blu

Stylized coastal landscape, built on clean geometric shapes and a palette dominated by shades of blue and green. The cubic houses, arranged on rolling hills, descend toward the sea where a green-and-white striped lighthouse watches over the bay, threaded by small sailing boats beneath a full moon.
The composition, almost architectural in its synthesis of volumes and planes, returns a rarefied and silent Mediterranean atmosphere, suspended between day and night, where the bold black outline gives the shapes an almost graphic character, close to illustration, timely.
