Color: Vintage brown, original patinated hue, close to Havane / Chocolate shades.
Hardware: Brass gold-toned, original gold-plated, typical of the 1950s, renowned for its great durability.
Gold leaf mark: "HERMÈS PARIS" under the flap (in keeping with the era, before the introduction of the "Made in France" mention).
Worn: Exclusively by hand.
Original design conceived without passants (loops) and without a shoulder strap.
