This oil on canvas work presents a water landscape reinterpreted from a deeply sensory and dynamic perspective. More than depicting a concrete place, the painting seeks to convey the sensation of movement, freshness, and life that exists in a natural environment.

Green dominates the composition in a wide variety of shades: from yellowish and luminous greens to deep, blue-leaning greens. Among them appear turquoise, blues, ochres and small touches of reddish and pinkish hues, which break the vegetal predominance and provide contrast points. The flower, located toward the lower right area, gains special prominence thanks to its warm tones, acting as a small focal point within the vast green.

The energy of the painting is determined by the horizontal and undulating direction of the brushstrokes. The landscape seems to move before our eyes: the water, the vegetation, and the reflections mingle in a continuous flow, generating a sense of speed and vibration. There is no rigid separation between the different elements; everything seems to be part of the same flow.

The technique is based on gestural, rapid, elongated brushwork applied in numerous layers of oil. The brushstrokes overlap, cross, and merge, allowing colors to appear partially between one another. The horizontal strokes create the effect of reflections on the water, while some more curved gestures suggest the movement of the plants and vegetation.

The result is a work of expressive and contemporary character, where the landscape ceases to be a static representation to become an experience of color, movement, and natural energy. The painting invites perceiving the landscape not so much as a place to observe, but as something that flows and continually transforms.

This series explores the perception of places and scenes of life as if they were memories that appear and disappear before being fully fixed. Facades, balconies, vessels, flowers, and other recognizable elements emerge among long and directional brushstrokes that blur the surroundings and transform the image into an experience between figuration and abstraction.

Movement functions not only as a visual effect but as a way of speaking about time, memory, and the fragmented way we remember spaces. Each work preserves a recognizable point within a surface that seems to move, as if reality had been captured in a fleeting moment.

The canvas is carefully rolled up and securely packed in a sturdy circular tube for shipping.
