Inner Dance presents itself as a work of strong expressive intensity built on the stark contrast between a deep, enveloping chocolate-brown background and the brightness of the whites that define the body and, above all, the wide textile element surrounding it.
The figure, a faceless one whose features are unrecognizable, loses its individuality to transform into a universal presence.
It does not matter who she is. What matters is what happens inside her.
Her is a silent, suspended, introspective dance.
The legs drawn up and the arms folded suggest protection, contemplation, and concentration. The body closes in on itself while the white material seeks to release it: a tension between interiority and openness, immobility and movement.

About the artist: originally from Poland. Self-taught. Lives in Italy for 30 years. First in Rome, then in Turin and Civitavecchia. Passionate about art, she participated in the Dantebus competition receiving the favorable opinion of the critics.
Her paintings are present in several studios and galleries in Europe.
