why the name Rosebrock (also a renowned compass manufacturer from Bremerhaven) is also on it remains beyond my knowledge; in any case, Rose, compass and the gimbal ring have identical numbers, see image 3
The overall diameter with the pin for hanging is 36.5 cm, with the ring about 32 cm, and the compass itself about 27 cm in diameter. The height is about 15 cm and with sighting attachment about 31 cm
Through the glass bottom the compass can be decoratively illuminated from the inside
