Description from the seller
The Table
The table is a contemporary still life that celebrates the beauty of everyday life through color, light, and the richness of small details. The composition brings together a bouquet of flowers in a delicate decorated vase and a bowl of fruit, creating a warm and luminous domestic scene.
The flowers, in cream, pink, and peach tones, contrast with the deep greens of the leaves and with the intensity of the red and orange fruits. This chromatic combination brings vitality and turns ordinary objects into the true protagonists of the scene.
The brushwork is free, spontaneous, and visible, especially in the flowers and foliage, where shapes are built through patches of color and gestural strokes. The background, resolved with soft planes of yellow, blue, and green, helps create a bright and serene atmosphere.
The presence of fruit and flowers on the table evokes a sense of abundance, home, and the enjoyment of small pleasures. The work does not aim for a strictly realist representation, but rather to capture the essence of a daily moment through matter, color, and light.
The table is a fresh, luminous, and expressive work with a strongly contemporary character, transforming a simple scene into a celebration of the beauty of everyday life.
