The nature of the technique I use makes every piece in the series a unique, one-of-a-kind work.
The work consists of a pyramidal prism, interrupted three-quarters by a hollow portion. I consider this work a rebirth of the Self over the vicissitudes of existence, but also an innate longing upwards. Toward a metamorphosis of form into pure energy. Matter that becomes spirit. The hollow portion that interrupts the ascent of form toward the peak is characterized as a set of parts that, unused, remain imprinted as empty traces of past experiences.
