Maikel Sotomayor 1989
Graduate in painting from the National Academy of Fine Arts of San Alejandro in 2008, Havana, Cuba. His work starts from the research and recognition of the historical-anthropological journeys of the primal cultures of America and the Caribbean and their transformations, as a result of arduous processes of transculturation and domestication of a landscape.
