The Macallan Rare Cask, an impressive Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky from the original 2014 release.
This early edition was introduced as part of The Macallan’s prestigious 1824 Masters Series and predates the later batch-numbered and annual Rare Cask releases.
Rare Cask was created using an exceptionally high proportion of first-fill sherry oak casks. According to The Macallan, less than 1% of the casks maturing at the distillery were selected for this expression.

This example carries bottle code L0325T L21 11/11, corresponding to the early release period 2014.
The bottle is unopened and in excellent overall condition and comes complete with its impressive original red presentation box.
