Hendrik Vader (1928-1997) - Schepen aan het strand

Hendrik Vader (also known as Hendrick Vader or signed as H. Vader) is a pseudonym that was used in the art trade.
The real identity: Behind this name mainly stood the Dutch sailor and painter Cor Corsius (1928–1997).
The name was at the time a fabrication of art dealer P.J. Daleman from The Hague, for whom Corsius worked. Sometimes the signature is also linked to other painters, such as Jan Hendrik Jacob Jasper (1937–2018).
