Description from the seller
Set of two bronze Buddha heads,
one of which can function as an incense burner
The top of the head (the ushnisha) has openings to burn incense cones or fragrance blocks, allowing the smoke to elegantly escape through the openings.
Key features:
Two different finishes:
The left head has a striking green copper patina (verdigris), giving the impression of oxidized, antique bronze that has long been exposed to the elements.
The right head has a classic dark brown, polished bronze finish with light wear nicks on the nose and lips.
weight 780 grams each
Height 19 cm
Width 16 cm
Depth 14 cm
beautiful decorative set.
Iconography: The faces have a meditative, serene gaze with closed eyes and a urna on the forehead, symbolizing the third eye and spiritual wisdom. The hair is composed of the traditional spiral snail-shell curls. These are popular, atmospheric Asian decorative pieces (often from Nepal, India, or China) that can be used both functionally and decoratively.
see the photos for a good impression; they are part of the description.
