Longines Conquest Quartz vintage, Ref. 7230, with ETA quartz movement, gold‑plated case, 25 mm case diameter, steel bracelet, and unisex design.
Description from the seller
LONGINES CONQUEST QUARTZ VINTAGE – REF. 7230 – CALIBRE ETA – STEEL – SWISS MADE
Longines Conquest Quartz vintage in 7230, equipped with a Swiss Longines movement, ETA calibre with 7 jewels.
This specimen belongs to the historic Classics family, one of Longines' most emblematic lines. Its aesthetics blend character with compact dimensions and typically Swiss construction.
Identification is especially well supported by the photographs: on the inside of the case back is stamped LONGINES – SWISS MADE – 7230 –, described as a quartz model with date and a case of approximately 26 mm without crown.
Technical features:
Brand: Longines
Collection: Classics
Reference: 7230
Movement: Swiss quartz
Calibre: ETA
Jewels: 7 jewels / 7 rubies, as indicated on the movement
Functions: hours, minutes, seconds
Case: stainless steel
Diameter: approximately 24 mm without crown, according to documented examples of the same reference; I advise confirming the measurement physically before publishing
Dial: textured gold
Strap: blue leather, apparently later/non-original
Longines classics Quartz Ref. 7030
Vintage Swiss Made
The watch immediately stands out for its singular textured gold dial.
At 3 o'clock there is a date window, perfectly integrated into the dial.
Inside we find a Longines ETA quartz movement with 7 jewels, clearly signed by the manufacture. The reference is also confirmed by the inner engraving on the case back: LONGINES – SWISS MADE – 7030 –.
It is, therefore, a particularly interesting piece for the collector seeking a vintage Longines with identifiable references both on the case and in the movement.
The main hands, of generous size, also contain luminous material, while the fine central seconds hand finished in red provides the color contrast characteristic of the piece.
The LONGINES signature, accompanied by the historic winged hourglass logo, dominates the upper part of the dial. In the lower area appears the cursive inscription Quartz.
At 3 h, a framed window shows the date.
It is sold exactly in the condition shown in the photographs.
