Vase - Crystal - Bohemian crystal vase

Conical vase or goblet (handleless tankard) in red and white Bohemian crystal.

The decoration alternates ornate cartouches, red fields, and convex medallions.
The cartouches are decorated with views of cities.
Technique: glass very finely engraved (see macro detail of views of castles in the German region of Mainz).
Views depicted: Burg Kesselbrunn zu Ems, Stilzenfels town (near Koblenz), Burg Rheinstein, Kränchen (a place of worship), and “Thürme”?
Condition: overall good apart from a tiny chip on the rim (about the size of the head of a ballpoint pen), and a red pictorial layer that has worn away on one edge. (see detail photos).
This is a high-quality object with abundant and very finely executed engraving.
The object is conical: height 13 cm, top diameter 8.5 cm, base diameter 9 cm, weight 355 grams.
