Natural sapphire/corundum of Nigerian origin; knowledge of local sources (trace/remainder of alkaline basalt detected)
Variety: Blue Sapphire "Very deep Blue" (light yellowish/greenish refraction under daylight — almost sunlight)
Identified and certified in Bangkok, at Lotus Gemology Laboratory (Thailand)
Certificate 'Gold' complete of analysis No. 7696-4888 plus the PIN code* [see photos]
Purity/clarity/color: Minute natural inclusions, which in daylight reveal a deep marine blue and pure to the naked eye; at certain angles and enhanced by an excellent antique cushion cut, there are rays of reflections in a lightly yellow/green tint, very attractive.
Weight: 3.43 carats (Collector*: weight/dimensions/untreated/precise cut with symmetric facet proportions)
Dimensions: 8.15 x 8.08 x 5.28 mm
Easily regarded as an investment or rated as "Collector-Grade"
