Description from the seller

Giuseppe Torre, born in 1956 in San Giorgio a Cremano (Naples). After obtaining the diploma of Industrial Chief Technician, he leaves formal studies to dedicate himself to work as a freelance photographer, and at the same time begins to cultivate what has always been his passions: painting and sculpture. Self-taught painter and sculptor, over the years he has tried many techniques and trends, eventually arriving at hyperrealism and sacred art. For years he has participated in regional and national group exhibitions, with considerable public and critical success, and his solo shows have met no less favorable reception. His works are present at the E. Greco Museum in Sabaudia (LT), at the Regina dei Gigli convent complex in San Giorgio a Cremano (NA), at the painting gallery of the Basilica of St. Alfonso in Pagani (SA), at the Bishop’s House of Kaahma Tanzannia, and in numerous private collections.
