Rated Excellent on Trustpilot.
Two Alari weighing over 7 kg, made of metal and cast iron, of French origin and dating to the 20th century, with a brunite finish and dimensions 38 cm deep by 20 cm high by 11 cm wide, in good used condition with minor signs of age and stains.
Description from the seller
Two Alari (brazier stands) in cast iron/metal (weighing over 7 kg) or from a fine 19th-century metal alloy, with a beauty and timeless charm. These two Alari, named Eau (there were also Fire and Wind), depict the face of a noblewoman with a crown of flowers and a necklace of leaves and with a prominent bosom, all in the classic Art Nouveau style. The two pieces bore the signs of time as highlighted in a photo included in the gallery. They were subjected to a careful blow-cleaning and a subsequent browning process that preserves them from rapid oxidation. During the cleaning phases we discovered with wonder a Roman numeral, present on both at the top of the bracket, to which we cannot assign a meaning (XVI). We think it was the model number. Beautiful for any style of environment where you want to add a touch of elegant antiquity. DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY. For the Islands we reserve the right to request a surcharge to cover shipping costs possibly increased by the couriers.
