In very good condition the slipcase shows some light signs of wear.

This striking collector’s item contains the traditional, often bawdy and humorous chansons paillardes that have been sung from generation to generation by French medical students, interns, and doctors in the on-call rooms of hospitals.

Given the risqué and subversive content, the work was issued anonymously and self-published in 1948 ("Aux dépens d'un amateur"), specifically for enthusiasts and collectors of medical curiosa.
