Cartier - Art Deco - Unisex - 1900-1949

Cartier Paris wristwatch in platinum, the hexagonal case set throughout with rose cut diamonds, the dial signed CARTIER with black Roman numerals, on a black silk moiré strap with an 18KT gold deployant buckle.

The case is struck with the case number 4897 on the gold cuvette, and French platinum assay marks to the lugs. The dial is a sympathetic restoration; original to the piece are the case, movement and diamond set surround.

Condition :
Good condition for age. The dial has been sympathetically restored, and the crystal shows light surface scratching. The case, diamonds and gold buckle are in very good condition; the silk strap shows wear consistent with its age.
