De Barolo Cerequio heeft een intense robijnrode kleur. Aroma's van rijpe rode bessen met kruidige tonen. Intens in de mond, vrij rijk maar zeer elegant en evenwichtig. De tannines zijn aanwezig, maar zeer goed geïntegreerd in de fruitstructuur van de wijn. Lange afdronk met een goede frisheid.
