Coco de Paris presents 'It(s complicated', a 2026 unique sculpture from France, hand-painted and signed, made of resin, iron, wood and aluminium wire with high‑quality ceramic paint, measuring 37 cm wide, 21 cm high and 10 cm deep.

Contemporary international artist, Coco de Paris was born in the Netherlands and trained in the prestigious art schools of Antwerp and Brussels. Based in France for over 30 years, he develops a singular body of work, immediately recognizable, at the crossroads of contemporary art, design, and visual culture.
International recognition
Coco de Paris's work extends far beyond the traditional gallery setting:
• Several of his works appear in the film Deep Water produced by 20th Century Fox, with Ben Affleck
• He collaborated with Marc Jacobs for an exclusive collection
• Gucci acquired licensing rights to some of his works
• Géraldine Chaplin counts his creations among her inspirations
• Collaborations with international brands and institutions such as Joe Fresh, World Market, Cardinal Games, Nepia (Japan), FLOW Magazine, and Lindner Hotels (Germany).
• Collaboration with Tim Zagat (founder of Zagat Guide): creation of an illustrated alphabet of 26 animals and, for 2026, the publication of two works: a book dedicated to the mythical Parisian palace Le Bristol Paris and an artistic volume titled Silly Words.
His work has been shown in numerous galleries and art fairs across Europe, such as Affordable Art Fairs in Brussels and Amsterdam, selected for MAC Paris Show, Art Metz, and the galleries of Bernard Mourrier (Saint-Rémy-de-Provence), Carincotte (Marseille), Another Art (Belgium), Galerie Projection (Brussels), Galerie Radar (Bayeux), Galerie Cyane (Nancy), Galerie Marie Ricco (Calvi), Galerie Gour-beneforti (Bastia). His selection for the Chelsea International Art Competition in New York also confirms the international reach of his work.
Currently, Coco de Paris’s work is permanently represented in France by Art Sant Roch Gallery in Céret.
His sculptures, made from resin, iron, wood, and ceramic paint, are hand-painted and reflect a constant search for innovation and material.
