Andrea Krauß's Woodlands_03 is a 30 × 30 cm acrylic painting on canvas, signed and numbered on the back, an original edition from Germany created in 2026, depicting a birch landscape in green, white and cream tones and ready to hang.
Description from the seller
Lovingly crafted down to the smallest detail, the landscapes and natural spaces in Andrea Krauß's paintings present themselves.
In “Woodlands,” she approaches with remarkable precision and sensitivity the depiction of birches in their natural surroundings. The acrylic-on-canvas scene features prominently textured birch trunks that stand out from the background with their characteristic white-black bark. Through a vivid, impasto application of color, a fascinating surface texture emerges that suggests depth and movement.
The finely graded greens of the foliage—from deep emerald to bright yellow-green—create a multilayered, almost impressionistic play of light and shadow.
This work is not only a nature observation but also a quiet homage to the structure and elegance of the birch. Ideal for collectors of contemporary nature painting as well as lovers of atmospheric forest landscapes.

At the heart of her artistic work is the fusion of memory, atmosphere, and landscape. Recurring motifs include especially birches and other elements of nature, whose quiet presence intertwines with traces of human creation and memory.
