Description:
Classic Mido Commander H-B Automatic from the 1970s with a particularly generous diameter for this era of about 37 mm without crown.
What makes it especially interesting is the H-B version. The designation stands for High Beat and indicates the higher-frequency movement variant of this Commander generation. These H-B models are a technically interesting variant within the classic Mido-Commander family and hold particular appeal for lovers of mechanical vintage watches.
The silver dial features a fine sunburst and distinctive, faceted square hour indices. The characteristic Day-Date display at 3 o’clock, the classic Mido typography, and the era-typical case design create a very typical Swiss vintage aesthetics of the 1970s.
