Good condition. Some parchment loss along the top edge of the fore edge of the cover and along the bottom edge of the boards. Large brown spot on the back cover. The boards loose, title page almost loose, horizontal crease and moisture spot in the lower corner up to the image. Interior browned, here and there a spot. Moisture spot in the lower corner from the beginning to about page 66. Paper residues on the back board at the endpaper area on the guard and flyleaf behind. Some dog-ears. Tear, 4 cm in 1 leaf (see photo) and a 1 cm tear in the margin of two leaves
