Heavy Silver-Plated Figurine: 'The Lovers' – Romantic Gondola Scene
Captivating Italian decorative figurine in heavy silver plating, depicting a romantic moment between two lovers seated on a gondola. The composition evokes the atmosphere of a quiet Venetian escape and timeless passion, idealizing Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet.
The gentleman is affectionately positioned beside and behind the seated woman, watching her with devotion in a tender embrace. A delicate scene, symbolizing love, intimacy, and a shared journey.
The figurine is crafted with a high-quality heavy silver plating, as indicated by the inscription on the piece: “Guarantee: heavy silver plating 925‰ – Made in Italy.”
