Description from the seller

Grand and majestic parade-style plate / vintage centerpiece cup in fine Italian porcelain, part of the prestigious "Bernini" series from Capodimonte manufacturing. The piece dates from the mid-20th century (roughly the 1950s-1970s) and stands out for its notable concave and deep shape, which enhances the luxurious high-relief ornament with clear Baroque and Neoclassical inspiration.Main features:High-relief workmanship: the deep outer rim is richly decorated with relief figures of mythological cupids/cherubs nestled in dense natural vegetation.Central scene: presents a refined painted depiction of a daytime pastoral outdoor scene, enclosed by a geometric frame embellished with floral garlands and pink ribbons.Perforated edge and finishes: the wavy, perforated profile is entirely finished with elegant gilded details.Autenticity and marks: on the back there is the factory mark with crown and letter "C" of Capodimonte, the signature of the "BERNINI" series, and the model/mold number 298 hand-stamped.Dimension and weight:Diameter: 37 cmHeight / Depth: 7 cmExact weight of the object: 1398 gramsCondition of the object:The piece is in excellent overall vintage condition. The porcelain is intact and free of crazing or structural cracks. The colors of the hand-painted painting are vivid and well preserved, as are the more protruding details of the reliefs. Normal and light signs of time on the gilding of the outer rim are noted, consistent with the object's age and not compromising its aesthetic splendor. The item will be packed with the utmost professional care (specific protective materials and double box) to ensure safe international shipping.
