Description:
Monumental edition of Pierre de Ronsard's Poetic Works published by Nouvelle Librairie de France in 1978. Illustrated by Claude Bouscau and Constant Le Breton.
Complete set in 6 volumes: 5 text volumes in green half-leather bindings and 1 volume of “Suites” in a triple-pocket box, accompanied by its original leather-edged cases.

Limited edition: Copy number LXXXIII on Vergé paper from Charentes.
Volume of Suites: Contains the suite of pen drawings by Claude Bouscau and Constant Le Breton, the suite of the alphabet and the color study.
Format: In-4, gilded heads.
Condition:
Interior: Perfect condition, very fresh paper, no foxing.
Bindings & Cases: Cases and inner box in very good condition. Note some epidermures (edge wear) and handling rubbing on the joints and spines of 3 volumes (notably volumes II, III and IV, see detailed photos). Overall very solid and nicely presented.
