- Graziano Rey was born in Turin in 1953. From a very young age, after sharing art with his brother Francesco and the master Lorenzo Alessandri during the period of the “Soffitta Macabra”, he dedicates himself for years to figurative art and, in particular, to the world of music. From 1982 to 1987, he was the author of television jingles, the best known of which are: Buona Domenica, I Ragazzi della III C, La Giostra, Ferragosto OK; he collaborates as a songwriter with various singers. In 1991-1992 he won the Rino Gaetano prize and the Viareggio prize as a singer-songwriter.
Commentator, he participates in numerous episodes of the Maurizio Costanzo Show.
Actor in Alberto Silvestri’s Candid Camera.
In 1993 he publishes the short story “3001 Spooky on Jork II”, published by Mancuso Editore.
Actor in the film “In camera mia” by Sergio Martino.
He moves to the Tonga Islands, continuing to dedicate himself to painting.
In more recent years, participation in the 57th Venice Biennale on the theme of “Moloch” at the Palazzo degli Armeni.
