Magnificent English inkwell made from a substantial block of cut crystal, topped with a lid and a mounting in solid sterling silver 925/1000.

The mounting bears several British hallmarks: GN/RH, the mark of the famous silversmiths George Nathan & Ridley Hayes, as well as the Birmingham anchor, the passant lion confirming Sterling silver, and the date letter (1907). The lid also bears its control marks on the inside.

Superbe Encrier anglais réalisé dans un important bloc de cristal taillé, surmonté d’un couvercle et d’une monture en argent massif Sterling 925/1000.

La monture porte plusieurs poinçons britanniques : GN/RH, marque des célèbres orfèvres George Nathan & Ridley Hayes, ainsi que l’ancre de Birmingham, le lion passant attestant l’argent Sterling et la lettre-date (1907). Le couvercle présente également ses poinçons de contrôle à l’intérieur.
