Erberto Carboni - Compagnia Anonima Cremonese - 1970s

A collectible piece of Italian graphic design history. Splendid and rare advertising poster, signed in the upper right by Erberto Carboni, one of the most important designers and poster artists of 20th-century Italy. Created for the "Compagnia Anonima Cremonese Incendio ed Infortuni", this piece represents a magnificent example of Art Deco style. The image shows a medieval city protected by high walls, topped by a bundle of geometric and colorful flames rising toward the sky. The warm colors and angular shapes create a powerful and modern visual effect for the era. At the bottom and on the right margin are all the historical texts of the company and the name of the famous printer of the era (S.A.F. Zafferri - Parma). A perfect work of art for collectors of historic posters or to decorate with elegance and uniqueness offices, professional studios and private homes.
