Description from the seller
Presenting Portrait #124, an original work built through geometric planes, defined black lines, and a frontal composition with strong visual impact.
The elevated gaze conveys a sense of search, reflection, and hope. The face is fragmented into lilac tones, deep blue, orange, yellow, aqua green, cream, and black. These colors are distributed in a balanced way, creating contrasts between warm and cool areas and reinforcing the portrait’s structure.
Geometry transforms the face into a kind of emotional architecture. Each plane represents a distinct part of its identity, while the direction of the eyes introduces an open, contemplative expression.
This work belongs to my series The 1000 Faces, a project consisting of one thousand original and unique portraits. With this series I explore different identities, emotional states, and ways of interpreting the human face through color and geometry.
