Cyterszpiler became affiliated with Maradona as an agent from 1977 and represented him until 1985, which is why he negotiated the star's transfers to Boca Juniors (1981), Barcelona of Spain (1982) and Napoli of Italy (1984). Later, his place was taken by Guillermo Coppola.

During those years alongside the Ten, he created the company "Maradona Producciones" to face the football, commercial, and press phenomenon surrounding the Ten, and with it he signed multimillion-dollar contracts with brands recognized worldwide.
