1 volume in-8 (22 x 15 cm), 41 pages.

Second printing partly original of the original in-8 edition of the Constitution.

The original was printed on 5 September; this second printing is issued 9 days later, on 14 September 1791. It is 41 pages instead of 37 pages for the original; the "Letter from the King" and the "Oath of the King" were added.

It is printed practically identically; only the title was revised, and the printer's imprint on page 37 was removed.

It is probable that this second printing, like the original, was made to be distributed to the deputies, Baudouin being the only printer who could reasonably be entrusted with this task.

Beautiful copy, with all margins as published, fresh paper. Uncommon.
