Cyril Keller - Lavastrom XXL

My name is Cyril Keller. I was born on September 12, 1978 in the Saarland region.

My artistic journey began in the early 1990s when I discovered graffiti art for myself. From about 1993 to the end of the 1990s, graffiti was my great passion. During this period, my enthusiasm for colors, shapes, and creative expression grew—the foundation of my painting today.

In 2015 I found my path into abstract art. This opened up a completely new creative world for me that continues to excite me to this day. Since then I have devoted myself to abstract painting with great passion, continually experimenting with new techniques, color compositions, and image structures.

I am especially fascinated by the unique forms and structures that arise through squeegee technique. Each painting is, for me, a new journey of discovery where intuition, creativity, and the willingness to experiment come together. As a self-taught artist, I love constantly evolving and finding new ways to bring emotions and dynamism to the canvas.

Today I consciously give more time to my art than ever before and look to the future with enthusiasm. My goal is to create works that touch people, stimulate their imagination, and bring them lasting joy.

The most beautiful thing about abstract art, for me, is its openness. Every viewer discovers something of their own, brings their personal thoughts, feelings, and experiences into a painting, and lets it affect them in a uniquely individual way. It is precisely this connection between artwork and viewer that makes abstract painting so special to me.
