Cyril Keller - Auf Der Weide XXL

My name is Cyril Keller. I was born on September 12, 1978, in the Saarland.

My artistic journey began in the early 1990s when I discovered graffiti art for myself. From around 1993 until the end of the 1990s, graffiti was my great passion. During this time, my enthusiasm for color, form and creative expression grew—the foundation of my painting today.

In 2015 I found my path to abstract art. This opened up a completely new creative world for me, which continues to inspire me to this day. Since then I have pursued abstract painting with great passion and continuously experiment with new techniques, color combinations and image structures.

I am particularly fascinated by the unique shapes and structures created by the squeegee technique. Each painting is, for me, a new journey of discovery where intuition, creativity and willingness to experiment come together. As a self-taught artist I love constantly evolving and finding new ways to bring emotions and dynamism onto the canvas.

Today I deliberately take more time for my art than ever before and look to the future with enthusiasm. My goal is to create works that touch people, stimulate their imagination and bring them lasting joy.

The most beautiful thing about abstract art, for me, is its openness. Every viewer discovers something of their own, brings their personal thoughts, feelings and experiences into a piece and lets it affect them in a uniquely individual way. It is this very connection between the artwork and the viewer that makes abstract painting so special to me.
