Refined vintage figurative sculpture signed Marcello Giorgio, titled “Sweet Loyal Mastiff,” depicting a very affectionate dog with long ears and a deeply expressive gaze.

The gathered pose and the melancholic snout give it a particularly tender and affectionate character, making it an elegant decorative object and collectible.

Italian work made in silver sheet over a rigid core, signed and stamped as visible in the photographs. The silvery, highly reflective surface enhances the shapes of the snout, paws and large ears.
